How to stop Negative thinking

Hey there! Have you ever heard: Where our attention goes our energy flows?

Everything once started with a thought. Thought is such a powerful form of energy.

Thoughts are truly the stuff your life is made of.

Have you ever known someone who, no matter what he or she did, seemed always to come out short at the end?

If you are in sales, have you every experienced that whatever you did it just felt like no clients want to sign the contract with you? 

If you are applying for a new job it seems like you write hundreds of applications and do not get any positive response?

Your daily life that was functioning like a clockwork land now it looks like nothing is functioning? Easy things become complicated: you miss your train or flight, friends do not show up as agreed and whatever can go wrong seems to go wrong?

 Did you know that there is a scientific reason behind?  We are all vibrating a kind of energy with our actions and our thoughts. Now you know that already and where our attention goes our energy flows. 

But once that negative spiral got us it seems so hard to leave it. Yes you listen to podcast, to affirmations and say yourself that cannot be, but then you see all that messy evidence and start listening to that voice in your head saying look I told you the good time is over...and so you doubt that your willpower can change the negative situations. And you are kind of right because our will power has let`s say 40.000 thoughts per day but our subconscious mind is thinking 400.000.000 thoughts  per day. And if we are already  in the habit of negative thinking so the reason might be that our subconscious mind got that we like to think that negative way and makes sure we continue  what we love and focus our attention on.

So If you sit at this moment and feel sorry for yourself and wonder how in the world all this tragedy could happen to you ,you will be pulling all kinds of negative circumstances into your life.

Negative thinking itself is disease which brings pain, suffering, and even death into the lives. You need never let this happen to you.

Let me introduce to you the 3 steps that  can help you to cure any form of negative thinking .

1. Your first step in combating negative thinking is never to allow yourself to dwell on a negative thought again. Become aware and stop it. Means say stop to that voice in your head that keeps talking BS:

2. Most time the things we fear are in the future and most of us today are at least physically safe at the moment you are reading this. So please  try the experiment to shift your attention on something nice, beautiful in your surrounding.. This can be a flower, a bird, a beautiful color, music, a picture., the sky, a beautiful building, person, book. If you can focus on some positive events that just happened to tell you subconscious you want more of that please.
